 2013 open water swim season at Parliament Hill Lido

Attention all triathletes! The 2013 open water swim season at Parliament Hill Lido restarts on Tuesday, 14th May 2013.  Sessions include:
Tuesdays: 7.00 - 8.30 pm
Wednesdays: 7.00 - 8.30 pm
Satudays: 9.30 - 10.30 am


This 60m x 30m open air pool is ideally suited for specific triathlon swim fitness training.  Wesuits are usually de rigueur (although not compulsory!). All sessions will include tri specific swim drills.

Improve your freestyle this winter

Are you looking to improve your freestyle swim stroke? Or simply want to learn the basics to get you through a triathlon race next summer? Next course starts on 9th September 2013.

The new stroke improvement sessions run Monday 7-8pm, at City of London School for Girls, located within the Barbican, 5 min walk from either Barbican or Moorgate tube station. All abilites catered for! If you’d like to attend please contact us.
